Minimum Order Amount
In an effort to keep replacement parts available at reasonable prices, we have a minimum order requirement of $10. Orders smaller than $10 will be charged a $3.00 Small Order Handling Fee.
In-stock orders will almost always be shipped within one business day. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be
processed the next business day and usually shipped within 24 hours. We
do our best with every order to get your products shipped as soon as
possible. Please keep in mind that most paddles are built to order (backordered) and can take up to two weeks to build during peak season.
Customers may select from UPS or USPS shipping options depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Orders ship from Burlington, WA and delivery times range from 2-7 days depending on the location of the recipient.
We offer 2-day and 3-day shipping options for most products via USPS and UPS. If you need an item quickly, please consider giving us a call and placing the order over the phone. We can usually ship the item the same day via an express service that will get the item to you in time. Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
Free Shipping on orders of $79 or more
Minimum Order Amount: We offer Free Shipping on retail orders of $79 or more which are shipped to an address within the continental United States (Lower 48 and Alaska). Shipping charges will apply to orders totaling less than $79.
Free Shipping Service: If Free
Shipping is the selected shipping option for your order, we reserve the right to ship your order by the best method available depending on the size and weight of the package as well as its
destination. Please note that Free Shipping does not automatically apply to the order and must be selected as the shipping option during checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Eddyline Kayaks wants you to be happy with your purchase and you can return most new and unused items for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final on outlet items (part numbers with the prefix "OUT-"), adhesives, cleaning products and other liquids, cut cordage, and custom products. Returned items must be in new condition with all original tags, boxes, and/or packaging. Eddyline products, in new and unused condition, missing their original tags and packaging may still be returned, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please see the Returns Process below for instructions and more information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order shipped via Free Shipping and you return items so that the remainder of your order does not meet the minimum amount required for Free Shipping, then your order no longer qualifies for Free Shipping. The shipping charges that would have been applied to your order will be subtracted from the credit issued for your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund to the original method of payment.
Order the wrong part or size and need to exchange it for the right one? Simply complete the returns process for the incorrect item and then place a new order for the correct one. This means you'll get the new item much faster than having to wait for the returned item to get back to us.
You can use the carrier of your choice to return items to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please make sure your return shipment is prepaid. Packages shipped COD will be refused.
Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt in the package.
You may also return items in person at our Burlington, WA factory. Please call ahead to let us know you will be coming by.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can request a RMA number by logging into your online store account or by calling us at 360-757-2300.
- Click on "My Account" at the top of the web page for the online store. You may be asked to log in. Once you have reached the "My Account" page, click on "View Details" for the order in question.
- Click on the "Add New RMA" button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return from your order along with the reason for the return. Please add any relevant comments and then click the "Save RMA" button. This will submit a RMA request to us. We will respond to your RMA request as soon as possible.
- When we authorize your return, you will receive an email with instructions for shipping your return.
